Rehearsal Assistant

  
     If you are planning to have recorded music at your ceremony, or if your ceremony will be at all complex, we recommend hiring one of our assistants to come to your rehearsal for just $60. We'll practice with the music for you, as well as coordinate opening and closing the doors and other aspects of your rehearsal. If you are bringing your own minister, it is essential that you hire someone from Foothills Chapel to coordinate with the minister.

Musicians

     Many of the musicians listed below have recorded CDs, won international competitions, etc.--yet they are not unusually expensive! You are not required to use a live musician, but it adds so very much to a wedding, especially when they are of the high caliber of the musicians listed below.

     The costs listed below are for one hour at the wedding. These musicians will begin playing about twenty minutes before your wedding, and perform music during and after the wedding. It is not necessary to have professional musicians come to your rehearsal; they can work out the musical selections with you beforehand and then get their cues from the officiate on the wedding day.

Cakes and Caterers
   
     Foothills Chapel has its own reception hall for up to 80 guests. We strongly recommend you consider our recommended caterer ---they offer delicious and varied menus, provide tablecloths and all utensils, are familiar with our facility, and clean up when they are finished!

Reception Assistant
     Foothills Chapel is one of the few places which allows self-catered affairs. If you go this way, you can save money, but it's a lot of work, and your volunteers will want some time to enjoy the party! Let us help ensure the success of your reception by assisting in managing and organizing your volunteers with decorations, food, drinks and cleanup. Programs, Tuxedos and Invitations

     You can save a lot of time and money when you rent your tuxedos and choose invitations and programs directly through us. We rent tuxes through Jim's Formalwear, the largest wholesale tux warehouse in the state. Your tuxes will be waiting for you at our chapel on rehearsal day. They'll drive replacements right to the chapel if needed, so you don't have to worry about an out of state warehouse that could leave you high and dry on your big day. Rent six tuxes and the seventh (the groom's) is free!

     Our invitations are printed by Regency Thermographers, with some of the most beautiful invitations in the country. Free custom napkins when you order invitations through us. Foothills Chapel wedding programs are customized for you, with a beautiful painting on the front cover. If you rent tuxes and buy invitations from us ($400 minimum), you'll also get 10% off your chapel rental.
