Foothills Chapel is the perfect location for a wedding for anywhere from 2-200 people, and is ideal for wedding receptions for up to 80 people. Just as there is a wide range of wedding sizes and plans, so is there a wide range of prices.
We always include your choice of beautiful flower arrangements in white, pastel or autumn colors for the altar area, recorded music, fourteen candles lit in candelabras, ivory or white pew bows, floral archway, and other decorations as needed. To get a precise price quote, it’s best to call us.
With a little creativity,
we can work within almost any budget.
The lowest prices are: Monday-Thursday ($200/hour), somewhat more Friday and Sunday ($250/hour). More expensive is Saturday ($300/hour); and most expensive is Saturday from 4-6 pm ($400/hour).
Weddings with receptions for up to 80 people (six hours) are $900 Monday-Thursday, $1000 Friday or Sunday, and $1200 Saturday.
For any wedding, our ministers normally request an offering of $300 for the wedding and an additional $80 to conduct the rehearsal. (Only half that offering if the wedding takes place at Foothills Chapel). If you bring your own minister instead, you must pay our rehearsal/wedding assistant $60 to open and manage the building and help with logistics. If you use one of our ministers, the assistant charge is waived.

Here are some examples of costs
Weddings Only:
10 people or less: Bride and groom dressed before arriving at chapel, with time for just a few photos taken afterwards. No time to use our dressing rooms. Estimated time needed: one hour.
Estimated chapel rental: $200 Mon-Thurs, $250 Friday or Sunday, and $300-$400 Saturday.
10-30 people: Bride and groom get ready in our dressing rooms, 20 minutes for pictures. Time: 90 minutes.
Chapel rental: $300 Mon-Thurs, $375 Friday or Sunday, $450-$600 Saturday. Optional rehearsal $50 extra.
30-140 people: Use of our dressing rooms and 40 minutes for pictures afterwards. Estimated time: two hours minimum.
Chapel rental: $400 Mon-Thurs, $500 Friday or Sunday, $600-$800 Saturday. Rehearsal $50 extra.
150-200 people: Using our dressing rooms and overflow chapel ($100 extra), 30 minutes for pre-wedding pictures and 30 minutes for post-wedding shots. Estimated time needed: 2 ½ hours minimum.
Estimated chapel rental: $600 Mon-Thurs, $725 Friday or Sunday, $850- 1050 Saturday. Rehearsal $50 extra.
Weddings and Receptions
Six hours (including chapel and setup time); use of kitchen, tables, chairs, centerpieces and cleanup included:
$900 Mon-Thurs
$1000 Friday and Sunday
$1200 Saturdays 9am-3pm or 6pm-midnight.
If our reception hall is too small, you might consider having your formal reception for family and close friends in our hall followed by a larger, informal party elsewhere a week or two later.

There is no charge for bringing in your own beverages. The average cost for beer, wine & soft drinks is $5-$8/person.
Sample total price for chapel and banquet hall rental PLUS minister, all catering and all services described in this paragraph for 70 people is $3000-$5500. ($850-$1250 for rental of the chapel, banquet hall, decorations, rehearsal minister offering $190.
